Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Michigan is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing operations in a long-term care facility.

Approve and supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, perform administrative duties, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while coordinating services to deliver seamless resident care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license for the practice state.
• Experience in healthcare supervision preferred.
• Post-secondary education with the ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
