Job summary

Leap Brands is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (LPN) to lead day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflows with a supportive team environment.

You will supervise nurses and CNAs, coordinate patient care, uphold regulatory standards, and partner with physicians and administrators to drive clinical excellence and team performance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory or leadership exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs) with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, and patient care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies and safety protocols.
• Monitor and improve quality of care, patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Assist onboarding, training, and development of clinical team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage documentation, incident reports, and patient records accuracy.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and clinical resources.
• Support budgeting and cost control initiatives within the department.
