What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Document nursing interventions accurately and timely
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families
• Uphold resident dignity, safety, and satisfaction

Qualifications

• CurrentLPN licensein the state of PA
• CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and strong team player
