Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care following facility protocols and safe practices.
• Supervise and support CNA staff on assigned units.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide hands-on clinical care, including wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, and colostomy care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care.
