Deliver nursing care following facility protocols and safe practices
Supervise and support CNA staff on assigned units
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Provide hands-on clinical care, including wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, and colostomy care
Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care
Current, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license
Graduate of an approved LPN program
Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Ability to handle situations with professionalism and tact
