This part-time role includes mentoring Resident Care Assistants, coordinating with physicians and families, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program as required by state.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate residents’ status accurately.
• Monitor residents’ health changes and report to care leadership.
• Supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants and mentor leads.
• Coordinate care with community providers through case management.
• Respond to and manage emergencies per facility protocol and regulations.
