Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's The Branches of Marlboro in Marlborough, MA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care in a warm, home‑like environment for our residents. You will assess residents, document changes, supervise aides, coordinate with the care team, and support resident independence while ensuring safety.

Requires current LPN license and CPR; 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the appropriate director and physician.
• Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.
