Legend Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. You will support clinical services, including resident medication management, service planning, and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

You will engage in resident assessments, contribute to move-in and move-out processes, and provide direct care during health events or on-call rotations. We offer a supportive environment with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current LPN nursing license and CPR certification as required by the state.
• Prefer: 1 year of prior relevant experience.
• Prefer: supervisory experience, preferably in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of care.
• Verifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments and orders.
• Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and following up with ancillary health care services as needed.
• Assisting with the move-in and move-out process including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications.
• Providing direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or during on-call rotation.
• Relaying resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager.
