Job summary

Legend Senior Living in Florida is seeking an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) part-time to join our nursing team. You will support clinical services, resident medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

You will make a difference in residents' lives by delivering direct care, participating in assessments, move-in/move-out activities, and coordinating with health services as needed.

Qualifications

• A current LPN nursing license is required.
• CPR certification is required as per state guidelines.
• Prefer: at least 1 year of prior relevant experience in senior living.
• Prefer: previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and training nursing staff to ensure quality of care.
• Verifying medication distribution and proper documentation.
• Participating in resident assessments and service planning; coordinate with health services.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes including tours and family communications.
• Provide direct care during health emergencies or on-call rotations.
• Communicate resident concerns to department managers; ensure safety guidelines.
