Signature HealthCARE of Ridgely is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents in a warm and compassionate environment. Ideal candidates will possess an active LPN license and have a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience, long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants during the assigned shift.
