Job summary

Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Complete initial assessment and interim care plans.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor, reporting any issues.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure care is delivered.
