Job summary

Summa Health System is seeking an LPN to assist in delivering nursing care and coordinating resources for patients, families, and communities under RN supervision. The nurse communicates with the care team to assist with clinical planning and patient care.

The position requires an accredited LPN program graduate, Ohio nursing license with IV therapy/medication authority as needed, and specific experience for weekend options. A strong benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

Graduate of a LPN nursing program from an accredited school.
Licensed by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing; IV therapy procedures and medication administration as required by area.
Two years of related LPN experience required for LPN-Weekend Option.
Per diem LPNs must have at least one year of recent experience in the area of practice.
Two years of related LPN experience required for all weekend option and float positions.
Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities
