Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current LPN license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• IV therapy credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to deliver patient care through data gathering, planning and evaluation.
• Provides care based on age-related criteria, safety and educational needs.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and staff to ensure quality experience.
• Adapts to unit needs and changes with a positive attitude.
• Maintains clinical knowledge, skill training and credentials for professional development.
• Performs other related duties as required.
