Qualifications

• Must hold an active LVN/LPN license in the state of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Inpatient hospital experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patient groups per plan and policy.
• Document findings thoroughly in patient records and communicate with the care team.
• Implement multidisciplinary treatment plans and perform prescribed nursing procedures.
