Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an LPN to join our South Jersey Skilled Nursing team, caring for infant clients with trach and vent dependencies in their homes. The role offers paid training, one-on-one care, and rapid skill development in hospital-level care settings.

Shifts include 8-, 10-, or 12-hour options across Mon-Sun; Part-Time or Full-Time placements available, with flexible scheduling and round-the-clock clinical support.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care for high-acuity infant clients in the home.
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care.
• Assist with routine nursing tasks and care coordination.
• Follow BAYADA training and use Statewise for charting.

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our South Jersey Skilled Nursing team to help take care of high acuity infant clients who are trach and vent dependent. Develop your skills to high-acuity, hospital-level care in the home setting and have unique opportunities to learn how to care for clients with rare and complex diseases.

We care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, giving you the chance to explore and put your skills to work. Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. We offer paid training to prepare you for the unique and rewarding environment you will provide care in, prioritizing your skillset confidence and knowledge.

Top Needs:

Carneys Point- Infant Trach/Vent client in need of Monday- Sunday day and overnight hours

Carneys Point- Infant Trach/Vent client in need of Mon, Wed, Sun overnights

Pennsville- Infant client with NG tube feedings and oxygen in need of Monday-Sunday day and overnight hours

LPN Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program

Available LPN shifts:

• 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts
• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Part-Time or Full-Time - work as little as one shift per week!
