BAYADA Home Health Care in Camden County is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with pediatric trach and vent experience to join our high acuity team for night shifts, helping transition new clients from hospital to home. This role covers STAT call-outs and requires a passion for complex pediatric care.

You will travel to a client home, document doctors' orders, perform assessments, and collaborate with CHOP multidisciplinary specialties.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with LPN licensure.
• Current NJ nursing license in good standing.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home and provide high-acuity pediatric care.
• Follow doctors' orders and document interventions accurately.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions and evaluations in charting.

We are looking for LPNs with pediatric trach and vent experience to become a part of our High Acuity Pediatric Team to help new clients in Camden County transition from hospital to home and cover critical STAT openings (call-outs) for night shifts.

Opportunitiesto care for complex pediatric cases managed by CHOP multidisciplinary specialties.

We offer specialized training, 24/7 clinical support and premium pay for STAT - $45/hr for qualified pediatric nurses.

Requirements for LPNs:

Compensation & Schedule:

• LPN STAT pay rate - nights : $45/hr.
• Rate range non-STAT nights: $30/hr- $35/hr.
