Job summary

Centurion Health in Raiford, FL is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join Florida State Prison. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and medical/psychiatric staff to address a range of health needs.

Shifts run 5:00 am to 5:30 pm, three shifts per week with rotating weekends. Pay rate is $30–$33.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• LPN license or ability to obtain one required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the licensed scope of practice under supervision of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs of incarcerated patients.
