Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-shift LPN care at FSP-West Raiford.
• Maintain CPR certification and comply with clearance requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and document patient care.
• Three shifts per week; rotating weekends; 5:00 AM–5:30 PM."
