Job summary
Arbors at Milford is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents at our Milford, OH facility. You will coordinate care, administer medications, document treatments, and supervise junior staff as needed.

Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN program.
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
- CPR certification.
- One year nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
- Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
- Assigns nursing care to team members per resident needs and capabilities.
- Supervises and evaluates junior staff and CNAs.
- Administers medications and treatments; documents as required by rules.
- Participates in orientation and in-service training.
