Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee, Inc. seeks an LPN to administer nursing care to an assigned group of patients based on physician orders and the Nursing Care Plan. You will gather data, implement care, and collaborate with the Registered Nurse to plan patient care.

Schedule is full-time days, 7:00am–7:00pm with rotating weekends. Requires completion of a practical nursing program and an Oklahoma LPN license.

Qualifications

• Has completed a practical nursing program or approved equivalent.
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma LPN license.
• 0–6 months related nursing experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data and implements care per physician orders and Nursing Care Plan.
• Consults with Registered Nurse to plan patient care.
• Documents nursing process and patient progress accurately.
• Performs nursing skills appropriate for the patient population and age.
