Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will play a crucial role in the treatment and recovery of individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, assisting with medication administration, and contributing to patients’ rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to individuals in rehabilitation.
• Assist with medication administration as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families on care and recovery plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid Texas LPN licensure or multistate license.
