Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Practical Nurse program.
• Licensed as an LPN in SC or a compact state.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and take vitals, health history, and document in EMR.
• Assist with minor procedures and injections.
• Maintain exam room supplies and cleanliness.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals based on urgency.
• Monitor patient status, triage calls, and communicate plan of care.
• Administer prescribed treatments and manage medications as directed.
