Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Part Time 7am - 7:30pm.

$29.00 - $32.00 *Based on shift differentials. Here are a few responsibilities: assist residents with ADLs, identify changes, provide reports to the Director of Health Services, deliver nursing care per orders, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADL, family/social activities and promote independent living.
• Identify resident medical/behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning conditions and needs.
• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and established policies.
• Ensure preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative services and coordinate with other disciplines.
