Job summary

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN to join our team, providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising care by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

This part-time role runs 7am–7:30pm shifts and offers hourly wages between $29.00 and $32.00, based on shift differentials. You will support activities of daily living, monitor health changes, and collaborate with the health services director to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Delegate and supervise the care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independent living.

Part Time 7am - 7:30pm.

Position Wages

$29.00 - $32.00 *Based on shift differentials.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
