Job summary

Rose Senior Living Beachwood is seeking an enthusiastic Assisted Living Resident Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality personal care and engaging activities to residents in a senior living community.

We offer flexible hours for Full Time and Part Time shifts: 7am-3:30pm and 3pm-11:30pm, with wages ranging from $17 to $24 per hour based on licensure and experience. If you’re compassionate and hospitality-driven, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Assist residents with mealtime: cut food and encourage eating.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report if unable to complete.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff as needed.
• Provide planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
