Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 in-home nursing care in the Tonganoxie area. You will manage stable assignments with a manageable pace and deliver compassionate care to patients and their families.

Earn $32-$36 per hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available; day, evening, and overnight shifts; dedicated local clinical and office support; access to health, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
