Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide private duty home care on a flexible schedule. The role focuses on delivering one-on-one nursing in patients' homes with a stable mix of day, evening, and overnight shifts.

You will work with a dedicated local team and receive ongoing clinical support and scheduling flexibility. Responsibilities include direct patient care, monitoring, medication administration, and coordination with the care plan.

Qualificações

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans and document care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to coordinate services.

Requirements
