Homewatch Caregivers of Minneapolis–St. Paul is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for compassionate in-home care with a flexible schedule.

This casual part-time role centers on delivering high-quality nursing care in home and respite settings, balancing patient needs with work-life flexibility. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs monitoring, care plan implementation, personal care, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN credentials (MN).
• Experience in private duty/home care/acute care preferred.
• Proficiency in home care practices and protocols.
• Familiarity with occupational health standards.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical evaluation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to Clinical Leadership.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support acute pain management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on wellness and health management.
