Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across our service area. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on safety and comfort.

We offer stable hours, flexible scheduling including day, evening, and overnight shifts, and opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN work. Weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing training support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience providing home-based nursing care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
