Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Granville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home health care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes.

The role includes weekend overnight/PRN shifts with competitive pay and a full benefits package. Maxims emphasizes quality patient care and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
