Maxim Healthcare in Greeneville, Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients. This role emphasizes compassionate, skilled care delivered in patients' own homes, with orientation to prescribed orders and family education.

• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
