Maxim Healthcare is seeking LPNs for day, evening, and night shifts in Somerset, New Lexington and New Straitsville, Ohio. Positions include full-time, part-time and PRN with flexible hours and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and provide skilled nursing care, document data, and respond to changes in patient conditions. Required LPN license, TB/Chest X-ray and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license current in respective state.
• TB test or chest x-ray current.
• BLS certification current.

Responsabilités

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and potential nursing diagnoses.

• Days: Wednesday - Friday | 7am-7pm *flexible*
• Nights: Sunday, Friday | 8pm-7am *flexible*

New Lexington Shifts Available

• Evenings: Wednesday, Saturday | 7pm-11:30pm

New Straitsville Shifts Available

• Days: Sunday - Wednesday 7am-3pm

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
