Maxim Healthcare in Madisonville, KY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an adult patient in their own home. Schedule: PRN 6am-6pm and/or 6pm-6am. Pay: $34-$36/hr.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team.
