Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Belpre, OH to support adult patients in home health settings. Night shifts are available as part-time and PRN roles.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to provide skilled care, assess patient conditions, and document findings. Qualified candidates hold an LPN license in the practicing state, with BLS and TB/Chest X-Ray as requested.

Qualifikationen

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state where practice occurs.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Belpre, OH to work with adult patients in their homes! Part-time and PRN positions are available for NIGHT SHIFTS!

Shifts Available:

• Sunday 10pm-6am

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
