Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for pediatric patients in home settings in Proctorville, OH. The role offers full-time, part-time and PRN options with DAY and NIGHT shifts.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering skilled care per orders, monitoring patient status, and documenting findings. LPN licensure in the state, TB/X-ray, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state where you will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS card.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Shifts Available

• Days: Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm
• Nights: Sunday - Saturday 10pm-8am

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
