Maxim Healthcare in La Junta, CO is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for adult patients. Full-time, flexible part-time and PRN positions are available across La Junta and surrounding towns including Ordway, Las Animas, and Lamar.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team.

Responsibilities
