Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Hebron, OH is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Adult patients in their own homes in Utica, OH.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and delivering skilled nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
