Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Florida is seeking an LPN to deliver direct 1:1 home care, focusing on one patient at a time. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications as ordered, and support individualized care plans in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• Home-based care experience is a plus.
