Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide one‑to‑one in-home nursing care. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans in patients' homes.

We offer stable assignments, flexible day/evening/overnight shifts, and comprehensive benefits. Orientation and ongoing clinical support are provided to ensure quality patient care across adult and pediatric populations.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
