Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Florida is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes. You will deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care with stable hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for full‑time, part‑time, or PRN assignments.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications as ordered, document care, and communicate with the healthcare team, supported by local clinical staff and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Preferred: 1+ year nursing experience.
