Job summary

Health Wealth Safe provides in-home nursing services. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support pediatric and adult patients, including those with GTube, Trach, or Vent needs, mainly during overnight shifts.

As part of our home-care team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, deliver skilled nursing per orders, and monitor patient status, ensuring safe, effective treatment and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray and BLS certification.
• Preferably at least one year of professional nursing experience.
