Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health visits in the Bowling Green area. You will deliver high-quality in-home nursing care under the supervision of a clinical manager.

The role emphasizes patient education, wound care, and managing devices like tracheostomies and catheters, with comprehensive training and 24/7 support. New graduates are welcome and can join our Novice Nurse Program to build confidence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care under supervision of a clinical manager.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures, and medications.
• Manage wound care, tracheostomy, g-tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medication administration.
• Create customized care plans to accommodate patient needs and family requests.
• Maintain electronic charting and communicate with Clinical Manager 24/7.

In this role, under the supervision of a clinical manager, you will assess, plan, and implement patient care, educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications, and manage various patient needs such as wound care, tracheostomy, g-tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medication administration. We create customized care plans to accommodate our patient’s needs, preferences, and concerns, as well as special request of their families.
