Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality home health care for adult and pediatric patients in the Fort Atkinson area. Earn $32–$36 per hour with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Deliver skilled nursing care, monitor patient status, and document findings while collaborating with families and healthcare teams. Requires Wisconsin LPN license, BLS/CPR, and appropriate health screenings.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately.
