Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses to provide in-home care for adults and pediatrics in the Fort Atkinson area. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules with competitive hourly pay enable meaningful one-on-one patient care.

Require current Wisconsin RN license, BLS/CPR, and current TB test or Chest X-Ray. Prior nursing experience preferred; strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.

• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
