Maxim Healthcare in Columbia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. Positions available: Full Time, Part Time, and PRN. Hourly pay ranges from $32 to $36.

Formación

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state where practice occurs.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification (card) required.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team.

Maxim Healthcare in Columbia is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Full Time, Part Time, PRN positions available.

  Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

  Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.
