- PA driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care under RN guidance.
- Administer medications and treatments per PA Nurse Practice Act.
- Monitor patient responses and report changes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management.
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence.
- Observe for changes and notify RN Case Manager.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide visits to Hospice patients as needed.
