Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Fayetteville Skilled Office to provide 1:1 private duty care to adults in Raeford, NC. This full-time overnight role offers 4–12 hour shifts and a commitment to compassionate geriatric and pediatric care.

Starting pay is $31–$33 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits. You’ll document orders, perform assessments, and travel to a single client per day, delivering high-quality, one-on-one care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Trach care experience preferred, but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Work with autonomy in the home to provide one-on-one client care.

Our Clients:

• Adult client located in Raeford
• Fulltime Overnight shifts: 11p-8a Monday-Sunday and 24/7 shifts on Sat/Sun

Compensation and Schedule:

• Schedules can vary per client and consist of 4, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
• Starting pay $31-33 per hour (client and FT commitment specific)

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
