Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our Pediatric Skilled Nursing team for 1:1 client care in home and school settings. Multiple day shifts available with a focus on compassionate, high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

• Traditional shifts (8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay: up to $32/hr
