Bethany Healthcare is hiring licensed practical nurses (LPN) to provide quality post-acute care, including physical, occupational and speech therapy support.

We offer shifts day and night, full-time or part-time, with up to $35 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits like 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid orientation and training. Join our team delivering compassionate care in a facility with a long-standing community presence.

Qualifications

• The Nurse must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN nursing program.
• Must adhere to DOH standards and facility policies.
• Communicate with physician regarding plan of care and changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.

Responsabilités

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharging of residents.
• Document resident care services by charting in resident medical record and department records.
• Educate residents regarding treatment, rehabilitation, change of status, etc… as well as family members.
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures and facility policies.
• Consult with resident’s physician regarding plan of care and notify changes.
• Maintain resident’s confidentiality and privacy.
• Ensure quality of care by following DOH standards and facility standards of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to solve resident problems.
