Qualifikationen

• Administer medications and treatments to residents.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Document care in resident medical records and department records.
• Educate residents and families about treatment plans and status changes.
• Adhere to infection control policies and facility procedures.
• Communicate with physicians about care plans and changes.
• Protect resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Support quality of care according to DOH and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to solve resident issues.
